Return & Exchanges

A. Can I return my product?
We strive to provide excellent products, and if you are not 100% satisfied with the received goods, we will be disappointed. However, for most brand new items, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days after receiving them. If there is any dispute regarding the refund amount for any returned item, your refund will be based on the value of the product as stated on the original purchase invoice. Generally, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted. Please make sure to contact us first via email at

B. Return and Exchange Conditions:
1) We do not accept items that are directly returned without prior verification with us.
2) Damages caused due to misuse or improper use of the product.
3) Products with tampered or missing price tags.
4) Returns without the original packaging box, invoice, and all other items originally included with the product.
5) Returns that are worn, damaged, cleaned, or altered.
6) We do not accept packages returned through cash on delivery services. Return shipping fees will not be refunded.
7) We do not accept returned items used for resale. All sales are final. Final Sale: All clearance or discounted items are considered final sales and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Damages/loss caused by the customer will not be refunded.
8) Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, the order will no longer be eligible for further exchanges or refunds.

C. Return Process:

Please send us photos and/or videos of the item(s) to our service email address mentioned on the website and let us know your order number. Our customer service representatives will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We recommend sending your return/exchange via a shipping method that provides tracking information and requires a signature, as we will not be responsible for lost returns/exchanges.

Disclaimer: We understand that in some cases, size or other issues may require an exchange. We do offer exchange services; however, please note that the exchange process may take 10-15 business days to dispatch the replacement order.

D. What is the return address?

If you wish to return the items in your order, please contact us via email to obtain the return address. Our customer service representative will usually reply within 2 business days.

E. Refund or Exchange:

When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item(s) within 2-3 business days and provide either a replacement exchange or initiate a refund for canceled orders within 2-3 business days, which will be refunded back to the original payment method.

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any items sent back by the customer in error. We will only process exchanges or refunds when we receive our original product. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee for the incorrect item (if confirmed as an incorrect product by our team).

F. Return Costs:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product, product quality issues), we will provide a full refund.
If it is due to dislike/wanting a different item, ordering the wrong product/size, the buyer should bear the shipping cost.
Recipient: Please contact our customer service before sending back the package. We do not accept items that are directly returned without prior verification. Please note that taxes are non-refundable. Returns are only accepted in specific regions.

G. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be provided to the original payment method within 2-3 business days. If you have not received the refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
